What I thought:
Distance: For me this was pretty close to home so the drive was a breeze and so was parking.

Environment: Nice area and shops and buildings to look at and inside of. We went at night so the weather was fantastic and the lights were pretty. It was extremely crowded but, you could still get around well to see exhibits. It was a little hard to talk to the artists. It was a little smokey and their was a slight alcohol smell in the air since they served it there.

The art: There was plenty of art to view. I was inspired by a lot of it. the prices were very high due to the fact that the artists were from all over the U.S. and the fair is very known. I enjoyed the area they had of art places and events that are in the local area. We recieved a lot of information about them. There were some strips of food vendors but, more restraunt type of food than food carts so it was more expensive but, taste great. Some of the artists that I enjoyed most were:

Dakota R. Pratt-  We makes unique sculpture out of bottle caps. The are big and fun and smooth to the touch. Very fun. You can see his work at:   www.DakotaPratt.com
John Leben-  His series was labeled "Solutions for a Crowded Planet". They were unique and colorful and somewhat surreal. I liked the designs. (digital art). You can see his work at:  www.LebenArt.com
Michael Bryant-  His photography was interesting because of the process which is done with toy camera image (in-camera double exposure). They look antique. You can check him out at:
www.Michael-Bryant.com
Tanya Doskova-  Wacky painting like human bodies with a fish for a head. Quirky and fun. www.fineartoncanvas.com

Would I recommend it to a friend- Yes, I would. It is crowded and to buy is a little expensive but, you meet a lot of very cool artists, crafts for kids, local event information and THE BAND ROCKED!
